About TeaPea
Transfer pricing training courses
Each training course is designed as an operational tool to support the group's practices.
The aim is to make transfer pricing issues understandable to the teams concerned, in order to secure the implementation of intra-group flows, limit internal misunderstandings, and reduce the risks associated with decisions taken without an overall tax perspective.
The training courses are led by the founder of TeaPea, a transfer pricing lawyer who has trained tax specialists, financiers, and lawyers at universities, law firms, and companies.
From training courses transfer pricing tailored to your challenges
Transfer pricing training is an essential tool for strengthening understanding of tax issues within groups.
They are not only intended for tax specialists, but also for financial, legal, accounting, and operational teams, who are often directly involved in the implementation of intra-group flows.
Without aiming for technical expertise, having a shared foundation of understanding makes it possible to identify sensitive situations earlier, ask the right questions, and effectively structure internal exchanges, as well as exchanges with external advisors or the tax authorities.
TeaPea also offers transfer pricing training courses for law firms (business law, general taxation) to enhance understanding of transfer pricing mechanisms and facilitate communication with advisors and tax authorities.
Our approach
01
Definition of educational objectives
We begin by analyzing your needs: raising awareness among teams, targeted skills development, support for regulatory changes, preparation for a tax audit, or onboarding new employees.
This step allows you to define clear objectives and training that is immediately useful in your operational context.
02
Content design
The modules are based on practical examples and case studies tailored to your intra-group flows and, where possible, your industry.
They incorporate both the applicable reference framework (OECD Guidelines, documentation requirements) and feedback from practical experience, in order to link theoretical principles to situations encountered by teams.
03
Format and animation
Training courses can be delivered in person, to encourage discussion and interactivity, or remotely, depending on your organizational constraints and team availability.
The format is tailored to the target audience, with particular attention paid to the clarity of the messages and their appropriation.
04
Monitoring and implementation
At the end of each session, a training manual is given to participants, summarizing the key points covered and the main operational lessons learned.
When useful, a additional one-off exchange may be offered to address any questions raised at the end of the training.
Train your teams on transfer pricing
Develop a shared understanding of transfer pricing to streamline communication between teams and enable more effective handling of transfer pricing issues.
